Head of Workshops – BetaFactory

As Head of Workshop at BetaFactory, I led a team responsible for managing the development and operation of multiple workshops, including wood, metal, electronics, prototype, and textile departments. With over 100 members and 40 companies, my role involved exacting the company’s vision and mission to change the culture in the workshops. Utilising  change management, behavioural science, personnel management, and project management. I supported the organizational change.

I adopted a user-centered design framework and empowered employee acting approach, to implement improvements based on their observations of everyday tasks.

My key prioritizing was to keep member engagement, to created a new culture within the workshop there can ensured the healthy and continuous development of the company.
